Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original CLAUSTRUM packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
